Hej Alle Der var kommet lidt støv ind bag mit kontrolpanel , så jeg skruede de fire skruer af og fik den blæst ren. Men det skulle jeg ikke have gjort . Nu vil maskinen ikke køre og jeg får denne fejl meddeles . Har været nede ved allan i sminge og fået et nyt kontrolpanel men den siger det samme. Er der andre der har erfaring med samme problem. tog du stik fra hinanden for at rengøre den? Måske er de ikke samlet korrekt, eller ikke klemt nok sammen? |

TEcknotool info om denne fejl Typically an RPS Error is an issue involving a wiring connection, dust obstructing the optic sensors, or a faulty sensor. After clearing the obstruction, the lathe may need to be reset. RPS0 means the connection is open from the 5 pin ribbon cable on the board to the sensor board. The cable is usually zip tied to the sensor board, so that connection is not likely a problem; the one on the board is usually to blame. RPS1 means something is obstructing the optics (dusty). A Rotation Position Sensor (RPS) Error on a DVR motor is mainly caused by 3 reasons. Dust accumulating over the optical sensors The optical sensor cable my be disconnected from the control board There is a fault in the sensor To resolve this issue, please try the following procedures in order (check if the error is still there after each procedure): Turn the machine spindle by hand in either clockwise or anti-clockwise and turn. This may cause a breakthrough for the optical sensor. Open the cover up and vacuum all the dust inside the machine Use an air blower to blow dust out of the machine Replace the optical sensor (contact Customer Service to get a new optical sensor) If the error still remains after commencing the 4 procedures above, there may be an issue with the control board or the software. In this case please contact us to arrange a repair/exchange. Attached are FAQ help sheets on the RPS state error symptom you are getting and how to clear or replace the sensor. There are four files attached. The first three are relevant to your symptoms. The fourth one is there for illustration purposes to get to the sensor and replace if necessary. Nej desværre ikke endnu.Jeg har skilt den ad som beskrevet i manualen og der var en del støv inde bagved. Der kom lidt liv i den men jeg skulle holde on knappen inde for at den kørte og så kom fejl beskeden igen. |

Når du har pustet støvet væk, så prøv med WD40. |

Så er jeg en glad mand igen. Det viste sig at jeg skulle lige en tand længere ind i maskinen og rengøre 6 små sorte dimser på en print plade. Nu kører den igen. Det er godt nok meget lidt støv der skal til for at sætte det hele ud af drift. Men tak for alle foreslagene. Forum er guld værd når man har problemer. |

det tre sorte dimser er foto aftastere, som føler retning og hastighed af motoren, underligt at det ikke er levet mere robust for støv, de kunne have lavet det med magnet sensore i stedet. |
